TOP Summit 2023 will showcase more than 25 new sprint products built by hundreds of participants in the past year’s 10 TOP sprints. TOP is a leading federal innovation model that brings cross-sector partners together to solve problems for people nationwide, using federal open data.
This past year’s sprints focused on key national and Puerto Rico-specific challenges, and were led by:
• 8 federal agencies – the U.S. Departments of Commerce, Health & Human Services, Housing & Urban Development, Transportation, Agriculture, and Energy, FEMA, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy
• 3 Puerto Rico government agencies – PR Energy Bureau, PR Department of Economic Development and Commerce, and PR Department of Education
• 2 Nonprofits – New America and Instituto del Desarrollo de la Juventud
